Day 1: Own Arrangement to transfer to Golden Tulip Jineng Resort(Welcome Dinner)

Upon arrival at Bali, own arrangement transfer to the Hotel.

Hotel check-in time is after 2:00pm, but the hotel sometimes changes the time according to its own room status. If you are unable to check-in, you can store your luggage and check in again later.

Enjoy private dinner served in hotel.

After dinner, free at your own leisure to scroll along Kuta. 

Overnight at Golden Tulip Jineng Resort.

Day 2: Full Day Bali Tour(Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

Breakfast at hotel.

Proceed to Ubud for sightseeing.

It offers a tranquil escape amidst verdant rice paddies and tropical jungles, with traditional temples, art galleries, and craft shops dotting its picturesque streets. Ubud is also a hub for wellness and spirituality, attracting visitors seeking rejuvenation and cultural immersion.

[Kintamani] is a serene destination for outdoor activities and cultural exploration. Known for its cool climate and fertile soil, Kintamani is also a hub for agriculture and traditional Balinese cuisine, offers breathtaking views of Mount Batur and its volcanic caldera and surrounded by lush forests and terraced rice paddies.

Enjoy lunch at local restaurant.

Continue to Tampak Siring Temple.

[Tampak Siring Temple] is a sacred Hindu water temple in Bali. Renowned for its holy spring water, visitors come to participate in purifying rituals. The temple's traditional architecture and serene surroundings make it a significant cultural and spiritual landmark in Bali.

Transfer to Jimbaran for dinner.

Day 3:  Golden Tulip Jineng Resort-Own Arrangement to transfer out (Breakfast)

After breakfast, free at your own leisure until time to check-out. 

Please check out before 12:00noon. In case of late check-out, please pay the additional fee at the front desk of the hotel.

By booking this trip, members understand that hotel may request a credit card upon check-in. The hotel may request the credit card to place a monetary hold of USD 50-200 for security deposit. By booking, members acknowledge having received notice of this potential charge and understand that recommended to use credit card rather than debit or bank card. Members understand that any such request made by the hotel is beyond our control and strictly hotel policy. Should members have questions concerning the hotel's policy, members can contact hotel directly.

These terms and conditions describe what you are legally entitled to expect from us when you purchase travel related products and/or services from us, in additional to your obligations as a customer. The term "we", "us" and "our" refer to Skyzone Tours & Travel Sdn Bhd. The term "you" and "your" refers to the customer visiting this travel related website.
 
Kindly take note that tour fare is for 30 persons. If less than 30 persons, the trip will be cancelled, full amount paid will be refund to your Alipay or credit card.
 
Limitation of Liability
Neither the company, nor its affiliates, partners or the company’s respective officers, directors, employees or agents shall have any responsibility or liability for any claim, loss, injury, damage, delay, travel cancellation, accident, cost or expense (including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees and costs of suit), nor for any incidental, indirect, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages or damages (including, without limitation, for loss of or damage to revenue, profits, savings, goodwill or data) (collectively, "losses and damages"), directly or indirectly arising from or related to (i) these terms of agreement; (ii) the program; (iii) any failure, delay or decision by us in administering the program; (iv) any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security beyond our reasonable control; (v) any offer, representation, statement or claim about the program.

The foregoing limitations of liability shall apply whether the alleged liability is based on contract, negligence, tort, strict liability or any other basis, even if the company or its affiliates or representatives have been advised of or should have known of the possibility of such losses and damages, and without regard to the success or effectiveness of other remedies.

Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for damages of any kind arising out of any failure or delay by us in performing any or all of our obligations contained herein or in respect of any product or service if the failure or delay is due to circumstances or cause beyond our reasonable control.

Personal Data Protection 
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), we are committed to ensure the privacy of your information. It is hereby agreed that you consent the data released will be used for our business services only. 

Cancellation Policy
In the event of a confirmed booking being cancelled, a cancellation charge will be levied. To cancel your reservation, you must send us an e-mail and indicating your Member ID, Travel Date, Booking ID and Product Name. The cancellation is valid when you received our acknowledgement via email.

- Cancellation 46 days before the travel date, cancellation charge at USD50
- Cancellation in-between 45 days to 30 days before the travel date, cancellation charge at USD100
- Cancellation less than 30 days before the travel date, 100% cancellation charge applies.

This cancellation policy is subject to rules and regulations applicable jurisdictions in which our travel supplier is based. In the event of conflict between the cancellation policy displayed here and cancellation terms in supplier booking terms, the more restrictive of the two terms will prevail.
 
Name Change Policies 
Name changes are generally not allowed on trips to avoid fraud, gaming and profiteering. We want to ensure that most of our travelers are members. If you wish to have a name change, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.

* Remark: We reserve the right to refuse a name change at our sole discretion. If allowed, name changes must be done 30 days or more before the start date of your trip and are subject to a fee up to USD50. Name changes within 30 days of the start date of your trip are not allowed.

Refund Policy

Refunds may be made by us in the following circumstances:
- the product or service fully paid for is not available and our suggested alternative is not acceptable to you; or
- you cancel your booking within the time stipulated in our travel voucher where refunds are available ( the “Cancellation Period”)

* Remark: We are not responsible for the exchange rate difference loss in the refund process.

Important Notes
Hotel/resort credits and/or discounts cannot be converted to cash, and any not used during your stay will expire immediately upon your departure. Member is responsible for paying any taxes that may be added to items purchased with hotel/resort credit.

In the unfortunate event that an activity or excursion is no longer available, we will substitute a similar activity of equal or greater value.

Make sure that your passport and visa (if applicable), are up-to-date before you leave! It is important to ensure that you have all the identification and other documentation required by the specific country you are traveling to. In many countries, passports and visas must be valid for 6 months or longer after the trip end date. If you are unable to obtain the required identification and other documentation, the Cancellation Policy for this Trips will apply.

Each individual, including each child, who is coming along with you on your Trips is required to have a booking prior to the commencement of the trip. If you do not book or pay for each such person in advance of the trip, you will be charged the hotel's current rate, not the trip price, for each such person at the time of your check-in.

Pricing for children is based on their age at the time of travel and may be subject to additional terms and conditions of individual hotels and all-inclusive resorts. Also, pricing for children can vary, and may be higher than pricing for adults. Therefore, before you book any travel, please check the relevant hotel or resort website for applicable terms and conditions as well as details regarding their pricing structure.
