Day 1: Kota Kinabalu International Airport (BKI) - Borneo Beach & Mangrove Resort  (Welcome Dinner) 

Arrive at Kota Kinabalu International Airport (BKI), meet and greet by our local guide then transfer to the Hotel for check-in. 

Check-in at the hotel.

Welcome dinner at the hotel's restaurant or function room. After that, free at leisure.

Day 2: Sapi Island (Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner) 

Breakfast at hotel.

Meet at the hotel lobby and proceed to the jetty. At the pier, we will take a speedboat to Sapi Island. Watch the fishes swimming in the welcoming island jetty and then change into your swimming suit to go to the sea to float and dance with the fishes, enjoy the white sandy beaches and completely unspoiled natural scenery, enjoy the crystal clear water, and take part in various water activities at your own expense. Lunch will be served on the island.

After lunch, you can take a walk around the island at your leisure. After the tour, return to the hotel. 

Dinner at local restaurant. Transfer back to hotel.

Day 3: Free Day (Breakfast)

Enjoy breakfast at hotel.

Day 4: City Tour, Klias Proboscis Monkey Nature Tour, River cruise - Firefly (Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner)

After breakfast, head to the city for sightseeing - Putrajaya Temple, the Floating Mosque, Sabah Foundation Building & Gaya Street. Enjoy lunch at the restaurant. 

Departure to Mangrove Forest and board a speedboat for the excursion. Venture deep into this tropical rainforest to start Klias Proboscis Monkey Nature Tour, Get ready for the journey as we set off to search for the mysterious traces of wild proboscis monkeys. [It is recommended to bring your own binoculars].

Cruise safely through the mangrove rainforest and look for the unique proboscis monkeys in the blue skies and green waters. Occasionally, you may also spot traces of other rare primates. We believe this journey will leave you with unforgettable memories. Upon returning to the dock, we will prepare a special Malaysian-style meal for you to enjoy. Let the thousands of fireflies accompany us as we sail through the quiet river. When the flickering lights in the trees rekindle your childhood memories, don’t doubt your eyes – let this night, filled with stars and glowing lights, fulfill your long-lost dream!

Afterward, transfer back to the hotel.

Day 5: Borneo Beach & Mangrove Resort - Kota Kinabalu International Airport (BKI) (Breakfast)

Enjoy breakfast at hotel.

Mari-Mari Cultural Village Tour, additional USD 60 per person 

After breakfast, depart for the MARI-MARI Cultural Village to gain an in-depth understanding of the indigenous cultures of Sabah. The village features traditional houses from five ethnic groups: the Murut headhunters, Kadazan, Rungus, Bajau, and Lundayeh. You will have the opportunity to experience the daily life of the indigenous people, such as brewing alcohol, making fire, hunting, building houses, and other survival skills. Afterwards, enjoy an exciting Indigenous cultural performance. Lunch will be served at the cultural village

Finally, return to the city.

Transfer to Tanjung Aru, enjoy a tri-color fruit juice. Tanjung Aru sunset (subject to weather condition).

Kindly take note that tour fare is for 30 persons. If less than 30 persons, the trip will be cancelled, full amount paid will be refund to your Alipay or credit card.
 
Limitation of Liability
Neither the company, nor its affiliates, partners or the company’s respective officers, directors, employees or agents shall have any responsibility or liability for any claim, loss, injury, damage, delay, travel cancellation, accident, cost or expense (including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees and costs of suit), nor for any incidental, indirect, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages or damages (including, without limitation, for loss of or damage to revenue, profits, savings, goodwill or data) (collectively, "losses and damages"), directly or indirectly arising from or related to (i) these terms of agreement; (ii) the program; (iii) any failure, delay or decision by us in administering the program; (iv) any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security beyond our reasonable control; (v) any offer, representation, statement or claim about the program.

The foregoing limitations of liability shall apply whether the alleged liability is based on contract, negligence, tort, strict liability or any other basis, even if the company or its affiliates or representatives have been advised of or should have known of the possibility of such losses and damages, and without regard to the success or effectiveness of other remedies.

Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for damages of any kind arising out of any failure or delay by us in performing any or all of our obligations contained herein or in respect of any product or service if the failure or delay is due to circumstances or cause beyond our reasonable control.

Personal Data Protection 
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), we are committed to ensure the privacy of your information. It is hereby agreed that you consent the data released will be used for our business services only. 

Cancellation Policy
In the event of a confirmed booking being cancelled, a cancellation charge will be levied. To cancel your reservation, you must send us an e-mail and indicating your Member ID, Travel Date, Booking ID and Product Name. The cancellation is valid when you received our acknowledgement via email.

- Cancellation 46 days before the travel date, cancellation charge at USD50
- Cancellation in-between 45 days to 30 days before the travel date, cancellation charge at USD100
- Cancellation less than 30 days before the travel date, 100% cancellation charge applies.

This cancellation policy is subject to rules and regulations applicable jurisdictions in which our travel supplier is based. In the event of conflict between the cancellation policy displayed here and cancellation terms in supplier booking terms, the more restrictive of the two terms will prevail.
 
Name Change Policies 
Name changes are generally not allowed on trips to avoid fraud, gaming and profiteering. We want to ensure that most of our travelers are members. If you wish to have a name change, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.

* Remark: We reserve the right to refuse a name change at our sole discretion. If allowed, name changes must be done 30 days or more before the start date of your trip and are subject to a fee up to USD50. Name changes within 30 days of the start date of your trip are not allowed.

Refund Policy
Refunds may be made by us in the following circumstances:
- the product or service fully paid for is not available and our suggested alternative is not acceptable to you; or
- you cancel your booking within the time stipulated in our travel voucher where refunds are available ( the “Cancellation Period”)

* Remark: We are not responsible for the exchange rate difference loss in the refund process.

Important Notes
Hotel/resort credits and/or discounts cannot be converted to cash, and any not used during your stay will expire immediately upon your departure. Member is responsible for paying any taxes that may be added to items purchased with hotel/resort credit.

In the unfortunate event that an activity or excursion is no longer available, we will substitute a similar activity of equal or greater value.

Make sure that your passport and visa (if applicable), are up-to-date before you leave! It is important to ensure that you have all the identification and other documentation required by the specific country you are traveling to. In many countries, passports and visas must be valid for 6 months or longer after the trip end date. If you are unable to obtain the required identification and other documentation, the Cancellation Policy for this ClubTrips will apply.

Each individual, including each child, who is coming along with you on your ClubTrips is required to have a booking prior to the commencement of the trip. If you do not book or pay for each such person in advance of the trip, you will be charged the hotel's current rate, not the trip price, for each such person at the time of your check-in.

Pricing for children is based on their age at the time of travel and may be subject to additional terms and conditions of individual hotels and all-inclusive resorts. Also, pricing for children can vary, and may be higher than pricing for adults. Therefore, before you book any travel, please check the relevant hotel or resort website for applicable terms and conditions as well as details regarding their pricing structure.
